When we took on the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics construction task on August 30, 2021, Hebei Jiaqiang Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd. quickly set up a special team and assigned a seasoned on-site project manager to stay in constant communication with the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. We oversaw every step of bringing our core product to life — the 20ft detachable modular houses! From fine-tuning the product design and standardized production to precise transportation and on-site installation, dedicated teams kept a close eye on every detail to make sure both quality and delivery speed were top-notch.
Our 20ft detachable modular houses for the Winter Olympics look right at home with the event’s overall vibe, and their biggest perks are acing cold weather conditions and being super flexible thanks to the modular design. To beat the brutal winter chill, we did a total material upgrade following strict standards from the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and China Architecture Design & Research Group: thickened glass fiber cotton insulation on both top and bottom, custom Class A fire-rated doors and windows, and A1-class fireproof indoor floors. Plus, all key structural parts — steel columns, main beams, secondary beams — are made of thickened steel, and we also beefed up the roof’s waterproof layer, PE membrane, and color steel ceiling. This means they’re not just toasty warm, but also rock-solid stable! Best of all, the detachable modular design makes transportation and installation a breeze, perfectly fitting the need for quick venue setup and future reuse. Unsurprisingly, every single standard passed the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee’s strict checks with flying colors.
