Do you offer on-site installation services?

We provide very detailed installation instruction drawings and videos for each project. For larger projects, we will have both an installer and supervisor on site. The cost of on-site service should be negotiated with the customer.

What documents or approvals do l need?

Depending on the function and age of the building，you may need development approval from local regulators. Our projectManager can help you with this process.

How to control the quality of your products?

2. Design quality: Consider possible problems in advance and provide high quality design solutions.
3. Production quality: Precise manufacturing technology, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.

What are your designs for different climates
(how do products adapt to different climates)?

Strong wind areas: Improve the wind resistance of the internal structure. Cold areas: Increase the thickness of the walls or use good insulation to improve the resistance of the structure. Highly corrosive areas: Use corrosion-resistant materials or paint anti-corrosion coatings.

How does modularity work?

The modular building uses state-of-the-art dedicated plants to perform most of the construction tasks in a production-line environment, Skilled technicians work as a team to deliver high-quality, reliable and consistent buildings, then deliver them to the site and make the assemble. On-site assembly is a relatively quick and simple process because the building is completed and all services (such as electricity, water, etc.) are connected and tested.

Why are modular buildings built faster than traditional buildings?

At the factory, we did most of the foundation building work. In this way we can avoid environmental and technical impacts. Depending on your needs, you can have the entire installation completed just in 3-5 days!
