How to install a living container to make it last

To make a living container last, it should generally be installed according to the following standards:

1. The installation of steel structural parts must meet the standard requirements. The positions that require welding must not be missed, and there must be no welding errors, which could lead to later instability or even cracking.

2. When installing the body, it should be flat, vertical and straight, with a dense and smooth fit, consistent seam depth and width, and no damage to the surface.

3. If it is to be wallpapered indoors, ensure that it is smooth, bubble-free and tidy.

4. The ceiling should be assembled flat with straight seams, consistent gaps, clean wallpaper, and no broken surfaces. Damaged wallpaper during transportation should be repaired.

5. The floor should be plastered, and floors with cracks in the board surface are not allowed to be installed and used.

6. The surface of the cement or fine stone mixed with soil surface layer should be compacted and smooth, and there should be no cracks, peeling, sanding, hollowing or other defects

7. Asbestos tiles must be laid with the windward side facing the local wind direction, the eaves must be kept straight, the tiles must be free of cracks, the tile hooks should be tightened moderately, and there must be no water leakage on the roof.

8. The tin roof gutter joints of the containerized mobile house must be firmly welded, the joints must be properly treated with anti-corrosion measures, there should be no water accumulation in the gutter, and there must be no water leakage.

9. The door position must be accurately installed and fastened with swing bolts.
