Bottom plate composition of export container homes

The bottom of the box is composed of a bottom steel frame, a floor base layer, a floor surface layer, and a floor edge strip.

There are several options for the floor substrate, including:

1. The first type is multi-layer plywood: with a thickness of 18mm, the plywood surface is covered with waterproof film, and the plywood meets the GB18580-2001E1 standard. Thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.12W/(㎡ k).

2. Second type: Cement fiber board: 18mm thickness, non combustible A-grade material, in compliance with GB8624 standard. Thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.3W/(㎡ k).
