What is a container house
Container houses are constructed with galvanized coil extruded steel as the skeleton, galvanized aluminum color coated plates as the enclosure material, and spatially combined according to standard module series. The components are then connected by bolts to form an environmentally friendly and economical container house.
The outer layer of the container house is high-strength color steel plate, the inner layer is lightweight insulation material polystyrene foam, and the wall material is two "sandwich walls" composed of high-strength galvanized aluminum color coated plates. Movable sheet metal is formed by pressing the sheet material into shape through an automatic continuous forming machine, and then bonding it together with high-strength adhesive to form a material with characteristics such as light weight, high mechanical strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation, corrosion resistance, and water vapor resistance.
There are many advantages to container houses, such as thermal insulation, lightweight, and easy installation.
